all our products are made-to-order, ensuring that you receive a unique, customized item. As a result, production and shipping times may take a bit longer than standard retail purchases.

Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, it will take 3-5 business days to process and produce your custom item.

 

Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes between 10-20 days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, holidays, or shipping carrier issues.

 

Worldwide Free Shipping: We are happy to offer free shipping worldwide on all orders! There are no extra charges for shipping, no matter where you are located.

 

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.

RETURN POLICY

 

Each item is made-to-order through a print-on-demand process, meaning all sales are final once your order is confirmed. Since items are custom-made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of defective or damaged products.

 

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at

info@mango-peachy.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photos of the defective or damaged item

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made products

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Clearance items (if applicable)

Cancellations: Due to the nature of print-on-demand, cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order will be processed, and no changes can be made.
